McCarthy Stone are recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join the team at our prestigious development, The Curlews in Exmouth, Devon.
Built in 2024, The Curlews is a Retirement Living Plus development with 59 apartments designed for the over 70s, offering excellent on-site facilities within beautiful grounds.
Hourly rate: £12.80 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts.
Hours: 20 per week
As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care, support residents' wellbeing, assist with housekeeping, and encourage participation in activities. Your duties include supporting residents with appointments, transport, shopping, and escorting them when needed. Every day offers diverse opportunities to make a positive impact using your people skills.
