Location : Castle Dene Residential Home - BH8 0DB

Pay rate : £12.50 -£12.75 per hour.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Care & Support Assistant to join the TEAM at Castle Dene, a specialist residential care home for frail elderly and dementia residents in Bournemouth.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering excellent person-centered care.
2. Supporting and encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible.
3. Regularly checking on residents, assisting with moving and positioning if required.
4. Providing personal care such as washing and dressing as needed.
5. Building relationships and offering companionship to residents.
6. Working as part of a team to create a friendly and welcoming environment.
