Job summary

McCarthy & Stone seek a professional Care Supervisor to join Campbell House in Weybridge, Surrey. You will help manage day-to-day operations, oversee care and support teams, and ensure high standards of customer care for residents aged 70+ in a Retirement Living Plus development.

The role includes supervising security, coordinating activities to strengthen community spirit, and being on hand during shifts to support homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support environment.
• QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 preferred.
• Experience managing security and safety of residents.
• Ability to coordinate activities and strengthen community spirit.
• Willingness to lead by example and develop skills.
• Able to enhance wellbeing of older people.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security of the development and safety of homeowners.
• Oversee the Care and Support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate and facilitate activities to strengthen community spirit.
• Lead by example and respond quickly to situations.
• Provide emergency support during sleeping shifts as required.
