Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd is seeking a Relief Care Supervisor to support the management and smooth running of a thriving community for older homeowners in England. You will live within easy commuting distance and ensure high care standards, safety, and wellbeing while leading Care and Support teams.

You will coordinate activities to strengthen community spirit, lead by example, and enhance residents’ happiness. Shifts include day and sleeping night hours with competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support environment.
• QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security of the development and safeguard residents.
• Oversee the Care and Support teams and wellbeing of homeowners.
• Coordinate activities to strengthen community spirit within the development.
• Lead by example and develop staff skills.
