Job summary

McCarthy & Stone are seeking a skilled Care Supervisor for Kings Place, Fleet, Hampshire. You will support daily operations, ensure the safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and coordinate Care and Support teams to maintain high standards in a retirement living community.

You’ll work a mix of day and sleeping night shifts, with a strong emphasis on resident care and community engagement, ensuring exceptional service and peace of mind for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a care or support environment with a strong focus on resident wellbeing.
• Demonstrates warmth, reliability and the ability to organise tasks effectively.
• Desirable QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, wellbeing and security of homeowners within the Kings Place development.
• Lead and coordinate Care and Support teams to deliver high-quality services.
• Plan and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
