Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Supervisor for Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom. You will manage a small Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and high standards, while placing residents’ choices, dignity, independence and safety at the core of all care.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3, a medication administration qualification, and prior Senior Care leadership experience, with the ability to organise, lead, and inspire the team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required.
• A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.
• Previous experience in a Senior Care role.
• Proven ability to organise, lead, inspire and influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents.
• Closely monitoring and reporting on residents’ daily progress, ensuring observations are recorded.
• Dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner as soon as they occur.
• Providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.
