Qualifications

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents within a care home setting.
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene while promoting independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognising clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalating risks promptly.
• Courteously engaging with residents and visitors, upholding dignity and individuality.
• Practising safe systems of work across tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrating initiative, respectful and adaptable to cover diverse responsibilities.
• Induction and training provided to ensure confidence in the role.
