Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a Care Supervisor for our luxury care and nursing home in Hendon. You will lead a small team of care assistants, organise the team, and drive development through regular supervisions and performance reviews.

You will monitor residents' care plans, ensure daily progress is accurately recorded, and perform care duties when required. A reassuring, proactive style will help you manage emergencies and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

Experience in care leadership and supervising a small team.
An understanding of developing staff through supervision and reviews.
Ability to inspire and guide care assistants in daily tasks.

Your role at Signature

Use your experience and leadership qualities to inspire and develop our team of care assistants, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Care Supervisor at our luxury care and nursing home in Hendon.

What you will do

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll be supporting and guiding a small team of care assistants, organising the team and leading by example. You’ll help them develop through regular supervisions, one to ones and annual performance reviews.

You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You’ll ensure residents’ daily progress is recorded and reported accurately. You’ll also be performing care assistant duties with residents as required.

You will keep a cool head and take the lead when staff or residents need help, such as in the event of an emergency.

From £15.45 per hour
Day Shift Time: 08.00am - 20:00pm
Full Time Hours Only
Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service
