McCarthy Stone are looking for experienced Care Supervisors to be part of the team at our BRAND NEW development Jacob Place Saffron Walden, Essex.

You must have previous experience working in the UK in a Senior Care position and hold a Level 3 in Health and Social Care to be considered. McCarthy Stone does not offer sponsorship; only UK-based applications will be considered.

This is not traditional care, this is better!

Base Salary: £13.56 per hour day rate and £11.44 SLEEPING night rate per hour, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.

Hours: 33.5 hours a week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends available.

Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.

Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support only to homeowners during that period.

• You should have a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults), though relevant experience and alternative qualifications may be considered.
• You will take responsibility for the security, safety, and wellbeing of homeowners and oversee the Care and Support teams.
• You will facilitate activities to foster community spirit within the development.
• You are driven to develop your skills, lead by example, and think on your feet.
• You aim to make a positive difference in the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
