Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is recruiting a Care Supervisor at Signature at Reigate Grange, Reigate. The role involves leading a small team of care assistants, coordinating shifts, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a luxury home.

Weekly drop-in sessions are available, with interview opportunities if you bring your CV. You will monitor care plans, guide staff performance, and assist with duties as needed, maintaining calm leadership in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is advantageous.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and a recognised medication administration qualification are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of care assistants; organise the team and lead by example.
• Monitor and review residents' care plans and ensure adherence by all staff.
• Perform care assistant duties with residents as required and ensure accurate daily progress reporting.
• Remain calm and take the lead during emergencies.

Use your experience and leadership qualities to inspire and develop our team of care assistants, when you join Signature Senior Lifestyle as a Care Supervisor at our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate.

What you will do

Signature at Reigate Grange are holding weekly drop in sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm - 4pm. You can pop in at any time and meet our friendly team, there will be opportunities to have a look around our beautifulhome and speak to our teams about opportunities we have available. If you bring your updated CV you may be able to have an interview on the day!

As a Care Supervisor, you’ll be supporting and guiding a small team of care assistants, organising the team and leading by example. You’ll help them develop through regular supervisions, one to ones and annual performance reviews.

You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You’ll ensure residents’ daily progress is recorded and reported accurately. You’ll also be performing care assistant duties with residents as required.

You will keep a cool head and take the lead when staff or residents need help, such as in the event of an emergency.
