Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Supervisor to lead a small Care Services team at Barnet Grange Care Home in Barnet, Barnet. The role focuses on person-centred care, safeguarding residents’ dignity and independence, and maintaining high standards of practice.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, a recognised medication administration qualification, and prior Senior Care experience, with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents.
• Closely monitoring and reporting on residents daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
• Dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner as soon as they occur.
• Providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our residents choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents.
