A leading care provider in Camberley is seeking a Care Supervisor to manage and support a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality person-centred care for residents. The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience in a Senior Care role. Shift Details: 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM and will include alternating weekends.
As a Care Supervisor, your focus will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and that residents' choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.
