Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm and dedicated Care Supervisor - Nights at Camberley Heights Care Home in Camberley. You will lead a small Care Services team, ensure high standards of person-centred care, and uphold residents' dignity, independence and safety.

You will promote quality care, monitor residents' daily progress, handle concerns promptly, and support families. The ideal candidate holds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and a recognised Medication administration qualification, with

• A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.
• Previous experience in a Senior Care role.
• Demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring and influencing a team.

Job description

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our resident's choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. Other responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents.
• Closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
• Dealing with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner as soon as they occur.
• Providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.
• A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
