Job summary

Care Supervisor - Nights at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow requires a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated leader to guide a small Care Services team. You will ensure Avery processes and procedures are followed and that residents’ choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity, during night shifts.

With a minimum of NVQ Level 3 and a recognised medication administration qualification, you will bring senior care experience and a proven ability

Responsibilities

• Promoting and delivering high quality person-centred care to our residents.
• Closely monitoring and reporting on residents’ daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
• Dealing with concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt and appropriate manner as soon as they occur.
• Providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team.

About the Role

Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our resident’s choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.

Other Responsibilities

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.


• A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.


• Previous experience in a Senior Care role.
