Position Overview

Due to an increase in family law instructions, they are seeking a dedicated Care Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE (or equivalent). The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload independently and collaboratively, handling sensitive and complex care matters with a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a personal caseload of care law matters independently.
2. Take instructions from clients and provide tailored legal advice.
3. Represent clients effectively at court hearings.
4. Draft legal documents, including court applications, orders, and legal aid applications.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE in care or family law.
