You will audit, advise on improvements, train and support managers, and uphold the internal audit framework to drive quality across homes in Stockport and Staffordshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Full driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel to Borough Care homes in Stockport and Staffordshire.

Responsabilités

• Provide auditing services and identify where quality and compliance fall short of standards.
• Advise how to achieve compliance and provide training, coaching and support to managers.
• Maintain the internal audit framework and recommend improvements.
• Support Area Managers to create improvement plans.
• Carry out complaint investigations and monitor complaints.
• Contribute expert input into policies and procedures.
