Job summary

We are looking for kind, compassionate CAREGivers to join our Lewisham and Southwark team. You will provide home services to help clients stay independent at home, including personal care, medication assistance, and promoting wellbeing.

No experience is required, and training and support are provided. We offer regular hours, mileage allowance, weekend/Bank holiday enhanced pay, flexible patterns, health benefits, a pension, and more to help you deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• No experience or particular qualifications required to become a CAREGiver, training provided.
• Useful to have experience in care or interacting with older people.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

Training and support is provided. Experience working in care would be a benefit.
