Essential Requirements:

• Aged 18 or older

Your Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:

• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship
• Develop and follow tailored care plans, respecting each client's unique needs and preferences
• Drive to clients’ homes to provide care, ensuring safe and timely transportation
• Maintain regular, clear communication with clients and their families, offering reassurance and updates
• Accurately document care activities and promptly report any changes in client conditions
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and dignity at all times
