Job summary

Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth is seeking Care Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centred support to older clients in the local community. Evening and weekend shifts available, with full training and DBS checks completed.

You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and errands, while promoting dignity and independence. No prior care experience required; full industry-leading training supplied, sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required
• Access to your own reliable vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Good English communication skills

Available Hours

We currently have vacancies available for:

• Evenings: 16:45 – 22:00
• Weekends

Immediate starts are available following completion of training, successful DBS checks, and receipt of four satisfactory references.

What Does the Role Involve?

As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your role may include:

• Companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care
• Supporting mobility around the home
• Medication support and monitoring wellbeing
• Light housekeeping, cleaning, and vacuuming
• Preparing and cooking meals
• Running errands including shopping and prescription collection
