County Care Homes is seeking a caring Care Practitioner to support residents with high-quality personal care and daily living tasks, promoting dignity, comfort and wellbeing.

You’ll work as part of a supportive, values-driven team with guaranteed hours for permanent contracts, and a competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour. Full and part-time roles include day shifts (8am–8pm) and funded NVQ qualifications within Holmwood Holdings.

The Role
