Caron Group operates family-style care homes across mid and south Wales, delivering residential, nursing and dementia care with an emphasis on privacy, dignity and choice for residents. We seek dedicated Care Practitioners to join our growing team and support residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.

The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 2/3 (Desirable).
• Good communication skills.
• A passion for providing elderly care.
• Ability to relate to and care for older people in a sensitive manner.
• Integrity and a compassionate nature.
• An understanding of and adherence to Caron Group’s ethos.
• Aged 18 or above.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with dressing, toileting, bathing, and feeding.
• Provide care for residents confined to bed.
• Promote residents' mental and physical wellbeing through activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with dining.
• Attend training and team meetings.
• Maintain dignity and respect for residents.
