Job summary

MiHomecare, part of the CCH Group, is looking for a Care Manager to lead our Hammersmith & Fulham branch. The role focuses on safe, compliant service delivery and team management to meet high standards in community care.

You will supervise Coordinators and Supervisors, deliver training with the Registered Care Manager, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. A rota-based on-call element is included in the role.

Qualifications

• Efficient, organised and experienced care professional committed to community care.
• Experience in managing a team within health and social care.

Responsibilities

• Safe and legal delivery of service as a core priority.
• Uphold brand values in service delivery and implement policies.
• Manage Coordinators and Supervisors alongside the Registered Care Manager.
• Lead training of care staff with the Registered Care Manager.
• Organise regular staff meetings with the team and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with regulator legislation and maintain records.
• Oversee assessments, supervisions and appraisals with the Registered Care Manager.
• Deliver development requirements for the service and manage quality control.
