Job summary

CCS Homecare Services in Slough is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to ensure safe, compliant delivery of domiciliary care across community settings. This permanent, full-time role includes early-to-late shifts and requires strong organisational skills.

Based at Slough Head Office with travel to operational services, you will support managers and care teams to deliver reliable, person-centred services and maintain high standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a health and social care environment.
• Experience supervising and managing staff.
• Excellent knowledge of adult social care standards, safeguarding and health and safety.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work between 6am and 10pm on any day of the week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of person-centred care within the community.
• Support development and review of care plans and risk assessments.
• Monitor service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staff scheduling and resource usage.
• Support managers with day-to-day care delivery.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety compliance.
• Maintain communication with users, staff and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve care quality and efficiency.
