Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Home Manager and Senior Team in all aspects of the home's management.
  2. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and legislation.
  3. Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
  4. Lead, supervise, and support care and ancillary staff.
  5. Maintain constructive relationships with residents, relatives, staff, and statutory professionals.
  6. Uphold the values of Methodist Homes to enhance the quality of life for residents.
