Bradford Children’s Trust is looking for a qualified Social Work Team Manager in the Children in Care Team.

They are urgently looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, so interviews will be held very soon.

Ashberry Recruitment would ask that applicants meet the following:

  • DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
  • Social Work England registration
  • Enhanced and in date DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make good decisions based on available information
  • Ability to work alone and contribute to a team/multi-agency setups
  • Possess knowledge of service needs
  • Competent IT skills and ability to navigate electronic file/recording systems
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and robust assessments/reports/files
  • Flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
