Caremark, the Mark of EXCELLENT Care, is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join a new territory in Test Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a top-tier care service from the ground up with strong support from a leading provider.

The Support

As this is a new office, you'll have diverse responsibilities and the chance to shape the organisation's future. You'll be supported by a dedicated Quality Manager, Regional Support Manager, and a broader team including HR, Recruitment, Training & Compliance, and IT/Rostering.

The Role

As Care Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing daily operations, including recruiting and managing staff.
  2. Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and industry standards.
  3. Serving as the initial contact for customers, local authorities, and external agencies.
  4. Supporting business growth through marketing and recruitment strategies.
  5. Assisting in designing and delivering in-house training courses.
