We're recruiting for a Registered Care Manager to join our CQC outstanding-rated team.

This is a rare but exciting opportunity to manage one of the highest rated home care companies in the country, and you would play an integral role in pushing our ambitious business forward.

We pride ourselves on providing only the highest quality in-home care, and we are looking for someone who is passionate, extremely dedicated, and can match those standards.

Duties include:

Overall responsibility for managing and running the office, reporting to our Head of Care
Ensure our service is safe, compliant and of the highest quality
Recruit and retain the very best care staff
Manage our office team to ensure they provide high levels of continuity and customer satisfaction
Maintain records & reporting systems to ensure the effective running of the business
Allocate resources, monitor performance and work to budgets
Undertake training and development to keep up to date with the latest industry practice and changes in company policy
Host regular team meetings to maintain effective communication with the team
Attend monthly manager meetings with our central team and sister offices
Effectively manage complaints and incidents, and carry out investigations accordingly.

Candidate requirements:

Experience managing a successful home care operation
Knowledge of home care compliance
A Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards this)
Experience managing a CQC inspection would be an advantage
Work calmly under pressure, with a flexible approach to change
Experience in service excellence
Be highly organised, excel in leadership and be able to manage different priorities.
