Agincare invites applications for a bank (zero-hour) chef/cook role at Sunnymeade Care Home in Chard, Somerset. Shifts run from 7 am to 4 pm, with an hourly rate of £13.50 and opportunities for training and progression.

You will plan menus with home managers and residents, ensuring dietary needs are met, including IDDSI considerations. You will manage kitchen operations, stock, and hygiene to maintain high standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months right to work
• Background in kitchens and running a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of IDDSI framework or complex dietary requirements desirable

Responsabilidades

• Menu planning in collaboration with home managers and residents
• Develop and implement creative menus, especially for themed days/events
• Kitchen management, stock control and hygiene compliance
