Agincare in Dursley seeks a chef/cook to join our care home kitchens. You will plan menus, accommodate dietary requirements, and lead daily kitchen operations and hygiene to deliver high-quality meals for residents.

The role supports ongoing dietary needs, themed days, and collaborative menu ideas with the home team. This is a bank contract requiring weekend/weekday availability between 7am–4pm.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Experience in professional kitchens and running a kitchen.
• IDDSI knowledge or ability to support dietary needs is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Menu planning in collaboration with the home manager and residents' requests.
• Ensure dietary needs and allergies are met for residents.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and hygiene.
