Meadow View Neurological Centre in Basingstoke is seeking a Chef on a bank contract with day shifts. You will prepare nutritious, high quality meals tailored to residents with complex neurological needs, working with the kitchen team to plan and serve meals.

You will maintain high hygiene standards, follow safety procedures, and adapt menus for allergies and medical requirements. Benefits include paid DBS, pension, uniform, 28 days leave pro rata, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Chef.
• Qualification in food preparation or cooking, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety and COSHH.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safe working practices.
• Support smooth running of the kitchen and contribute to a positive dining experience.
