Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Kitchen Assistant at Bluegrove House Care Home in London to support the chef in preparing balanced meals and snacks for residents.

You will maintain cleanliness, follow food safety guidelines, and work both independently and as part of a friendly team, delivering warmth at every mealtime.

This role offers £14.80 per hour, a 30-hour contract plus a bank contract, development training, pension, and access to on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience required.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the chef to prepare balanced, nutritious meals and snacks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow food safety, COSHH, and health & safety guidelines.
