Bupa Erskine Hall Care Home in Northwood is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our residents with high-quality meals. You will work with the kitchen team to plate meals, prepare trolleys, and maintain clean prep areas, ensuring a warm, home-from-home dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Desire to deliver excellent dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys and keep prep areas clean.
• Monitor stock rotation and follow COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with catering for events (summer BBQs, Christmas parties).
