Job summary

Lifeways – Specialist Support Services in Penkridge is seeking a Care Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and related needs live independently and participate fully in their community.

We offer no prior experience required and comprehensive training, with a full-time contract of 37.5 hours. Shifts run 08:00-22:00 (x2) and 09:30-17:30 (x1). DBS check is provided; you’ll join a supportive, values-driven team focused on positive, lasting impact.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Commitment to promoting independence and person-centered support.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.
• Provide compassionate, daily living assistance and enabling support across shifts.
