Zohorecruit in Scotland is seeking an experienced Turnaround Consultant to support care homes and services across Scotland on an interim consultancy basis. You will work across a range of settings, identifying areas for improvement and delivering practical, measurable changes to quality, compliance and performance.

This flexible assignment-based role offers a day rate of £300, with accommodation or mileage provided where required, and travel across Scotland to support services.

Formación

• Proven experience in adult social care / care home settings.
• Experience of turnaround, troubleshooting or service improvement.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience carrying out audits, inspections or quality reviews.
• Ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different services.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with managers and care teams.
• Genuine passion for improving outcomes for people receiving care.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot operational and quality issues within care homes and services.
• Conduct audits, assessments and reviews of care provision.
• Identify areas of risk, non-compliance and underperformance.
• Support services to improve care quality and outcomes.
• Develop and implement practical improvement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to registered managers and senior teams.
• Review policies, procedures, governance and quality assurance processes.
• Support services through periods of change or improvement.
• Identify sustainable solutions to operational challenges.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations.
• Help care homes raise standards and maintain high-quality, person-centred care.
