Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our person-centred care team in a UK care home setting. You will support residents with personal care, supporting their independence while upholding dignity and respect.

We value compassionate, patient individuals with strong communication and resilience under pressure. Prior caregiving experience is welcomed but not mandatory, and you will be part of a supportive team under a Nurse/Senior Support Worker supervision.

Qualifications

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' personal care needs with dignity and promote independence.
• Ensure care services are consistently of high standard and assist with day-to-day activities in the home.
• Report to Nurse/Senior Support Worker.
