Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of residents. You will promote dignity and independence while delivering consistently high standards of care in our home.

The role reports to Nurse/Senior Support Worker and requires excellent communication, a caring nature, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, and full training will be provided.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
