Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality personal care to residents. You will support independence, dignity and wellbeing, while delivering day-to-day tasks in a home setting.

This role offers training, a supportive environment and opportunities to develop skills as you work closely with residents and the care team. Prior care experience is helpful but not essential; a caring, patient nature is the priority.

• Maintain residents' personal care while respecting their dignity and independence.
• Ensure care services are consistently of a high standard and support daily activities in the home.
• Work as part of a focused team under supervision from the Nurse/Senior Support Worker.

Job description

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
