Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a focused team. You will help maintain residents' personal care needs, respect their dignity, and promote independence in everyday activities.

Reports to Nurse/Senior Support Worker. You will work well under pressure, bring a caring, patient nature, and may have prior care experience; training and development opportunities are provided within a values-led home.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient approach essential for daily resident care.
• Ability to stay calm and supportive in challenging situations.
• Experience as a carer is advantageous but not mandatory.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
