Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of residents and promoting their independence with dignity. You will contribute to delivering high-standard care and support daily activities as part of our home.

Reports to: Nurse/Senior Support Worker. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a residential care setting with residents' dignity in mind
• Compassionate and patient demeanour is essential

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
