Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare in Brackley is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist residents with personal care, helping maintain dignity and independence while delivering high-quality care.

You will join a focused team, report to Nurse/Senior Support Worker, and participate in daily activities to keep residents safe and comfortable. Prior caring experience is welcomed but not essential, and training is provided.

About the role

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
