Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care home teams in the UK. You will work in a nurse-led environment, applying clinical expertise to support Residents and their families with compassionate, person-centred care.

As an experienced nurse with an active NMC PIN, you will mentor colleagues, supervise students, and contribute to safeguarding and quality standards within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
• Valid NMC PIN and commitment to professional standards.
• Experience mentoring or supervising colleagues or students.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a care home.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver care.
