Job summary

Avery Healthcare is hiring a warm, enthusiastic Receptionist for Loxley Park Care Home in Sheffield. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional customer service and a range of administrative tasks to support the home team.

You should have excellent communication, be comfortable with computers, and bring a friendly, welcoming attitude. DBS disclosure will be required, and eligibility to work in the UK must be shown.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and reception enquiries, redirecting to relevant staff and recording messages.
• Complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative support to the General Manager.
• Maintain the reception area tidy and liaise with Housekeeping to uphold standards.
