R&V Ltd is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate nurses to join our team and support our clients in a care home setting. The role focuses on patient-centered nursing care, medication administration, and collaborative teamwork.

The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding and respectful of residents' individual needs, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Valid NMC registration and PIN.
• National Insurance number required.
• Right to work in the UK required.
• Previous nursing experience in a care home or similar setting preferred.
• Relevant Health and Social Care training highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Providing high-quality nursing care in a care home or similar setting.
• Using clinical equipment safely and administering medication.
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
• Working effectively within, and leading, a team.
• Adapting to residents changing needs and willingness to learn.
