Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with valid UK registration (NMC).

• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to older adults.
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain individualised care plans.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide guidance and support to care staff during shifts.
• Collaborate with families, colleagues and external healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and professional standards.
