Job summary

Rotherwood is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a nursing care home in Partington, Greater Manchester. The role is senior leadership, responsible for day-to-day management, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, CQC compliance and strong operational performance.

You will lead and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and drive occupancy while building relationships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulations.
• Proven experience improving care standards and inspection outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Commercial awareness, including occupancy and business development.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• NMC Registered Nurse desirable but not essential.
