Job summary

Career Makers is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a nursing care home in Greater Manchester. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring CQC compliance, driving quality care and staff development.

The role requires a proven track record in care home leadership, strong knowledge of CQC standards, and commercial acumen to manage occupancy and budgets. NMC registration is desirable but not essential; salary up to £75,000 with a generous bonus scheme and

An experienced Home Manager is required to lead a successful nursing care home in Greater Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven care home leader with strong CQC knowledge, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding resident care.
