HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Care Home Manager to oversee a dementia, residential and specialist care home. You will lead and mentor the care team, and develop, implement and evaluate personalised care plans to meet each resident’s needs.

You will monitor operations to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance, while promoting resident wellbeing, dignity and independence through compassionate leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Safeguarding training and awareness across staff and residents.
