Job summary

Achieve together Limited is seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee daily operations of a supported living home in Trowbridge. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant care and maintaining strong stakeholder communication to ensure person-centred, accessible, and reliable service delivery.

You will lead and develop a team, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to Health and Social Care Act requirements and CQC/CIW standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Must have Level 5 qualification or be willing to complete it.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the service meets the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and CQC/CIW standards.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure good communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure service delivery is person-centered, accessible, flexible, and reliable.
• Effectively manage the staff team.
• Implement and maintain service delivery to meet QA policies.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the role.
• Oversee finances and budgeting.
• Train and develop staff.
