Achieve Together is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a care home in the Pontefract area. You will ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality care, and effective communication with stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and the ability to lead the staff team while delivering person-centred services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proven experience as a Care Manager/Service Manager/Deputy Manager or Registered Manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must either have a level 5 or willing to complete this.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home and ensure high standards of care and compliance.
• Ensure service meets Health and Social Care Act 2008, CQC/CIW standards.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure person-centred, accessible, flexible, and reliable service delivery.
• Effectively manage the staff team and training.
• Oversee finances and budgeting.
• Carry out administrative tasks related to the role.
