HC-One is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager in Scotland to lead a Dementia, Residential and Specialist care home. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, develop tailored care plans and maintain high standards in line with regulatory requirements, always prioritising resident wellbeing and dignity.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee safeguarding, and ensure a compassionate, person-centered culture while managing operations and staff development within the home in Arbroath.

Qualifications

Experience leading care home teams to deliver person-centred care.
Experience conducting risk assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Safeguarding trained and able to escalate concerns appropriately.

Responsibilities
